After a 30-foot fall that left me with multiple broken bones and torn ligaments, recovery wasn’t optional—it was survival. Coming from a background in firefighting, the military, and construction, I wasn’t willing to accept a slow or incomplete comeback.

Rehab became my mission. I leaned into what actually supports recovery: collagen for connective tissue, glucosamine for joints, fish oil for inflammation, and proper micronutrition to fuel healing. When I couldn’t find supplements that met my standards—clean, effective, and built for real recovery—I created them.
